Invoices are emailed to a pre-determined payer for our clients every other Monday. All invoices are due within 48 hours of receiving your invoice. Most of our clients prefer Etransfer as their method of payment.

Depending on the location and complexity of care needed, typically within 48-72 hours from the signed service agreement.

There is no lock-in period. We ask for two weeks' notice to end your service agreement.

Our team are all professionally certified PSW and nurses. We specialize in aiding all ages with post-operative care. We specialize in helping seniors stay in their homes or retirement homes. We specialize in palliative care and end-of-life care. All our team members have police vulnerability checks and CPR training.

Hospall Private Homecare has liability insurance for our business and all our employees and we meet all  the requirements of Ontario Health Services. All employees must undergo a police information check with a vulnerable sector search every two years while employed with Hospall Private Homecare. We are members of Home Care Ontario, Canadian Home Care Association, Accreditation Canada ( accredited company) and we are a Age Friendly Certified Business.

LPN Nurses provide services such as

• Record vital signs
• Collect urine samples from patients
• Dress wounds
• Administer medications out of scope of a Health Care Aide (narcotics, Insulin, Intramuscular, Subcutaneous, Intravenous, PICC, etc.)
• Deliver health education programs
• Dialysis
• Foot Care (with additional certification)

Health Care Aides:

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing and other personal hygiene activities
• Assist with feeding patients
• Assist with bed transfers, lifting, turning and walking
• Assist with range of motion exercises
• Assist with simple wound care, respiratory equipment use or urinary care
• Report on patient condition to the nurse
• Assist patients to take their medications
• Communicate with patients
• Take and record vital signs
